We offer excellent opportunities for children to learn the sport of soccer and have fun. We make it easy for parents to learn how to get their children into competitive sports and support their childrens’ development. We offer a fun and relaxed environment for your child to take the beginning steps to becoming a soccer player.
We at Nido Aguila are excited to offer a new academy program to help welcome our youngest soccer players into the Nido (Nest)! We refer to our littlest players as Agulitas (Little Eagles). The Agulitas group encompasses Pre-K to Kindergarten aged players or players from ages 3-5.
What To Expect
This program focuses on individual player development through guided free-play, and are designed to give our players the building blocks necessary to be successful when they are old enough to join the competition leagues. We do not keep score, but instead let the children play and learn new skills as they have fun together. Our academy program is month-to-month and will run approximately 8 months of the year, weather permitting. Aguilitas generally meet once a week for a one hour session.
All sessions are run by our USSF ‘C’ licensed master coach, and free play sessions are guided by our senior academy players. These senior academy players will stay with their players as they develop, and will continue on as assistant coaches when the Agualitas become old enough to enter the competition league.
